### Role & Company / Project Overview A reputable Multinational Banking organization is hiring for the position of Performance and Monitoring Support Officer based in South Jakarta. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure targets and operational standards are consistently achieved. • Monitor and review sales-related expenses to ensure proper allocation, accuracy, and compliance with established budgets. • Ensure policies, procedures, and internal controls are properly implemented across sales operations. • Monitor sales quality to ensure all sales activities comply with established standards and operating procedures. • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular monitoring reports to support management decision-making. • Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and areas for improvement in sales performance and operational processes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Banking, Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply. • Strong analytical skills, particularly in monitoring and evaluating sales performance and expense data. • Good understanding of reporting and operational procedures. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting. • Detail-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Placement / Work Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia • Working Arrangement: Onsite / Standard banking operations ### Application Instructions • Please submit your updated CV following the official employer application channels specified in the contact details.
