• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sarovar Portico Somnath is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commi-I (Bakery & Pastry) to join its luxury hospitality property in Somnath, Gujarat. The role focuses on baking and pastry production for hotel guests and banqueting operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare and bake fresh breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, desserts, and breakfast bakery items. - Follow exact recipe cards, portion sizes, and presentation standards set by the Pastry Chef. - Assist in maintaining inventory, quality of ingredients, and strict hygiene standards in the bakery section. - Ensure safe operation and maintenance of bakery ovens, mixers, and kitchen equipment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience as a Commi-I in a hotel bakery or commercial pastry kitchen. - Sound knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, dough handling, and sanitation norms. - Passion for dessert presentation, cleanliness, and culinary creativity. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sarovar Portico Somnath, Somnath, Gujarat, India (On-site). - Standard hotel morning/rotational shifts. • Application Instructions: - Interested hospitality professionals should forward their CV to the HR email address.
