Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: PGM Services is hiring experienced PHE BIM Modelers for engineering and MEP projects located in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Public Health Engineering (PHE) systems using Revit MEP • Prepare detailed water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing layouts • Create coordinated shop drawings, sections, and comprehensive construction documentation • Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks • Coordinate closely with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Structural engineering teams • Incorporate design changes promptly and ensure model accuracy according to project requirements • Support quantity take-offs, project schedules, and BIM quality assurance checks Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of relevant experience in MEP / BIM / Engineering Services • Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks • Extensive experience in PHE / Plumbing BIM modelling • Solid understanding of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems • In-depth knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and preparation of shop drawings • LOD 400/500 experience will be an added advantage • Site experience is mandatory for Senior BIM Modeler positions • Preferred: UAE / GCC project experience, or candidates currently based in the UAE / with GCC experience • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India • Work mode: Full-time / Onsite Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on industry experience Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can forward their updated CV to the recruitment team.
