Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced GIS Application Development professionals for a long-term engagement in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering enterprise GIS modernization initiatives with strong expertise in Esri ArcGIS technologies, Enterprise GIS platforms, Geospatial Data Analytics, Automation, and AI-driven GIS solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop responsive web and mobile GIS solutions, custom GIS tools, widgets, APIs, and microservices. • Handle enterprise system integrations using ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, and ArcGIS SDKs / Runtime. • Perform ArcGIS Enterprise administration, including ArcGIS Server, Portal, ArcGIS Data Store, and Workflow Manager. • Execute security hardening, identity management, role-based access control, GIS platform monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization. • Build spatial data models and enterprise geodatabases; automate GIS workflows and data processing using FME, Python, ArcPy, and GeoPandas following DevSecOps practices. • Design and implement AI-driven GIS solutions, machine learning, ArcGIS GeoAI, and integrations with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot-based assistants. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in GIS Application Development, ArcGIS Enterprise Administration, and Geospatial Data Analytics & Automation. • In-depth domain knowledge in Utility Network, Trace Network, Linear Referencing Systems (LRS), and Asset Management GIS Models. • Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise GIS modernization initiatives. • Strong understanding of GIS platform scalability, security, and performance. • Hands-on experience implementing GIS automation and AI/GeoAI capabilities. • Prior knowledge of Singapore Public Sector projects and domain requirements is an advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Singapore. • Contract Duration: Starts with 12+ Months (Extendable), Long-Term Contract.
