Role & Company / Project Overview: Lam Seng Hang Group (LSH) is a regional trading, distribution, and manufacturing (TDM) group with a strong presence across Asia, spanning various chemical types, tyres, food additives & ingredients, flavours, and fragrances fields. We are growing fast and building a more integrated regional supply chain organization to support this growth. As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), the Regional Head of Supply Chain will lead our sourcing, purchasing, and logistics operations across Singapore, China, Malaysia, and Indonesia, shaping regional supply chain strategy, driving operational improvements, total efficiency, synergies, and performance across multiple markets, Business Units, and entities, while leading small, dynamic teams across different cultures. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with LSH's business and growth objectives. • Lead and coordinate purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain team activities across Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other markets. • Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier and logistics management, optimize inventory and working capital, and build a more scalable, connected supply chain platform. • Introduce industry-leading practices and benchmarks to continuously raise the bar on supply chain performance. • Partner with business units, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to strengthen overall supply chain performance. • Provide monthly reporting to the COO on regional supply chain performance. • Lead regional sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of pricing and payment terms. • Strengthen supplier relationships, commercial terms, and procurement governance to improve cost competitiveness and supply continuity. • Transform the team itself by developing capabilities, improving ways of working, and building a high-performance supply chain culture. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on, experienced, and driven professional with proven experience in regional supply chain management. • Industry background or familiarity with Trading, Distribution, and Manufacturing (TDM) models spanning Chemicals, Food Ingredients, Tyres, and Essential Oils. • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa Malay/Indonesia is a strong advantage. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse, dynamic teams across cultures. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Open to suitably qualified professionals based in Singapore, China, Malaysia, or Indonesia. • Target commencement: January 2027.
