Role & Company / Project Overview: Adept Manpower is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (Job Order Ref: JOR151) for electrical construction projects in Singapore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee site project management for electrical construction works. • Coordinate directly with the main contractor, consultants, and subcontractors. • Manage project schedules, site manpower, material logistics, and project costs. • Handle variation orders (VO), progress claims, and Extension of Time (EOT). • Supervise preparation and review of shop drawings, method statements, Risk Assessments / Safe Work Procedures (RA/SWP), and Requests for Information (RFIs). • Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 15+ years of electrical construction experience with proven site project management experience. • Strong low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage (LV/MV/HV) technical knowledge. • Busduct/busbar installation experience, preferably LV/MV. • Comprehensive experience with switchboards, transformers, cabling, and power distribution systems. • Electrical containment and cable tray installation experience. • Sound knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. • Strong understanding of Singapore electrical regulatory requirements and site safety standards. • Experience in data centre, commercial, industrial, or large-infrastructure projects is highly valuable. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Singapore. • Site-based project management. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Budget: $6,000 to $7,000 per month.
