Role & Company / Project Overview: OX Consultancy is hiring experienced professionals with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join the team in Singapore as Cyber Security Analysts. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute Application and Connector Configuration within SailPoint IdentityIQ • Manage Identity Aggregation, Provisioning, and Deprovisioning activities • Conduct Identity Access Certification and Governance operations • Handle ServiceNow Incident Management and adhere to strict SLA requirements • Perform REST APIs, Web Services, and SCIM 2.0 integrations • Interface and integrate with Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID • Troubleshoot integration, SSL/TLS, and authentication issues • Support day-to-day IAM operations and ongoing production support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on technical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) • Comprehensive background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations and production support • Proficiency with REST APIs, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID • Experience with ServiceNow incident tracking and SLA management • Deep troubleshooting capability for SSL/TLS, authentication, and connector issues • Knowledge of Singapore Public Sector policies (IM8/GCC) is an added advantage • Preferred Candidates: Singapore Local Profiles Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Singapore • Work Arrangement: Onsite Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated CV via Direct Message or email.
