Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring by Suzlon for an experienced Quality Manager to support a Wind Energy Project located at Shiv, Barmer, Rajasthan. The role entails taking charge of overall site quality management and ensuring all project quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage and supervise overall quality activities at the project site. • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements. • Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and quality assessments. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams. • Monitor quality documentation, inspection reports, and project records. • Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions. • Ensure timely completion of project quality milestones. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: Regular Diploma / B.Tech. • Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Wind Energy projects (Wind Energy industry experience is mandatory). • Strong knowledge of wind project quality processes and site inspections. • Proven experience in quality management and team coordination. • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
