• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong business acumen and data analysis capabilities to join our core business team. The role supports data analysis and business insights across user growth, product, operations, and marketing scenarios. You will work closely with front-line business operations to identify problems through data, explain anomalies, and drive strategic implementation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Responsible for core business data analysis and business insights, covering scenarios such as user growth, product, operations, and marketing. - Independently complete business problem breakdown, metric analysis, anomaly attribution, strategy recommendations, and effectiveness validation. - Work closely with business teams to deliver actionable analysis conclusions and optimization recommendations based on data. - Proficiently use SQL and BI tools for data extraction, analysis, and data visualization. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong business sense, structured thinking, and solid data analysis capabilities. - Proficiency in SQL and BI tools. - Prior experience in large-scale To-C platforms, e-commerce, internet, or gaming industries is preferred. - Professional English proficiency as a working language. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently drive analysis projects and support business decision-making. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. - Features international collaboration scenarios with flexible role arrangements. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Negotiable (面议). • Application Instructions - Submit your resume via email with the subject line formatted as: Name - Business Data Analyst - Preferred City.
