### Role & Company / Project Overview A leading Flour Mill / Food Manufacturing Company is hiring an experienced Quality Manager (QA & QC) based in Sharjah. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and oversee both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations for flour milling and food manufacturing • Implement, maintain, and audit quality management systems and food safety standards • Ensure full regulatory and international food compliance across production and facility operations • Supervise food quality management systems, food safety protocols, and audit compliance ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 8+ years of experience as Quality Manager overseeing both QA & QC • Industry Experience: 5+ years of mandatory experience specifically in Flour Mills • Strong expertise in all Food Quality Certifications including HACCP, HALAL, ISO, FSSC, BRC, etc. • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, compliance, and quality management systems ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates • Working Arrangement: Onsite ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to 25,000 AED per month ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume to the designated recruiter contact email
