Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a motivated and safety-conscious Safety Officer for immediate joining to join our team and support safe operations at our facility in Hamriyah Free Zone Phase II, Sharjah, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. - Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. - Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures. - Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions. - Assist with incident reporting, investigation, emergency preparedness, and safety training. - Promote a proactive safety culture across the facility. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - NEBOSH IGC certification is MANDATORY. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Degree or diploma in Safety, HSE, Chemical, Petrochemical, or a related field is preferred. - Good knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace safety procedures. - Good communication skills and the ability to promote a strong safety culture. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hamriyah Free Zone Phase II, Sharjah, UAE. - Immediate joining required. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may send their updated CV via LinkedIn direct message or email.
