Role & Company / Project Overview: Chery Corporate Malaysia is hiring a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Executive based at the Shah Alam Plant Seksyen 22. We are actively seeking passionate candidates who are resilient, proactive, eager to grow within the automotive sector, and comfortable working in a manufacturing plant setting. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Implement, maintain, and monitor occupational safety, health, and environmental policies across the plant. • Perform regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and industrial standards. • Promote a safe work culture, manage incident investigations, and support plant environmental and safety initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Health & Environment or related field. • 2-3 years of relevant experience. • Green Card holder / CEPWSAM certified (or currently undergoing certification) is a strong advantage. • Passionate about learning and growing in the automotive industry. • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a plant environment.
