Role & Company / Project Overview: MRCB is seeking a dedicated, talented, and passionate Senior Manager, Mechanical & Electrical to join their team in Shah Alam. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing high-level mechanical and electrical engineering operations, technical planning, and team leadership across key projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide strategic technical direction, leadership, and management for mechanical and electrical engineering functions. • Oversee the planning, design review, coordination, and execution of comprehensive M&E works. • Coordinate with internal multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression. • Ensure all M&E installations strictly comply with statutory regulations, technical standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks. • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and troubleshooting for complex M&E challenges. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant professional qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. • Extensive senior managerial experience in overseeing large-scale mechanical and electrical engineering projects. • Proven leadership, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. • Full-time, onsite operational position.
