Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Baja Perkasa Sentosa, a manufacturing company, is opening opportunities for young talents who want to develop a career in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) through the Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP). This program is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated to learn financial and accounting processes within a manufacturing industry environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support Finance, Accounting & Tax administration and operations. • Assist in recording, inspecting, and reconciling financial transactions in accordance with company procedures. • Support the management of Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) documents. • Assist in verifying invoices, transaction receipts, and payment supporting documents. • Support the preparation of financial reports and administrative reports as required by the department. • Assist in archiving financial and tax documents systematically. • Coordinate with related departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of documents. • Carry out development assignments and rotations in accordance with FGDP program requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum education of D3/D4/S1 majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a relevant field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Understand basic accounting principles, transaction recording, and financial administration. • Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas for data processing. • Analytical, meticulous, honest, disciplined, and responsible. • High willingness to learn, capable of working independently as well as within a team. • Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. • Added advantage: familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate. • Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Cikande, Serang, Banten (Onsite manufacturing plant).
