• Role & Company / Project Overview: A major Freight Forwarding client is looking for a proactive Sales Hunter Supervisor (SPV) to join their growing sales organization in Semarang. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Hunt and acquire new enterprise clients for freight forwarding and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. - Manage sales pipelines, execute client outreach, and close business deals. - Maintain active relationship management with local and regional clients. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Hunter in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or 3PL. - Fluent in English. - Must have a proven customer/client network or documented track record. - Able to attend an offline interview. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite position in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
