Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an IT Support / IT Operations professional to join our client team in Semarang under a PKWT contract. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle IT incidents, troubleshooting, recovery, and reconfiguration of hardware, software, network, and peripherals. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment. - Prioritize incidents based on business impact and ensure SLA achievement. - Maintain IT asset and incident documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical issues and repairs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum SMK in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Operations or IT Support. - Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint support, monitoring tools, and hardware/software troubleshooting. - Understanding of network connectivity, hardware/software installation, security patching, asset tracking, and incident documentation. - Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Contract Type: PKWT (fixed-term contract). - Work Location: Onsite in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. • Application Instructions Send your CV to the hiring contact and state your preferred placement (e.g., IT Support – Semarang).
