Role & Company / Project Overview: SBFC Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Cluster Business Manager handling Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans for the Secunderabad cluster. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive business growth for Loan Against Property (LAP) across the cluster. • Lead, guide, and manage multiple branches and sales teams. • Develop and implement cluster business plans to achieve assigned targets. • Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners. • Monitor market opportunities and competition to drive business performance. • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in LAP sales with team-handling experience in NBFC / Banking. • Education: Graduate mandatory (MBA preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. • Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing teams. • Willingness to travel across locations in the cluster. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Base Location: Secunderabad, Telangana, India (covering cluster locations with travel).
