• Role & Company / Project Overview Cloudious is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise to bridge business needs and technical solutions for healthcare payer platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Analyze and translate healthcare payer business requirements into functional and systems specifications. - Work directly with payer operations and claims processing workflows to define business logic and process improvements. - Utilize hands-on knowledge of FACETS to guide configuration, enhancement, and validation activities. - Serve as the domain liaison across delivery, technical, and business teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong Healthcare Payer domain experience. - Hands-on experience with FACETS. - In-depth understanding of Payer Operations and Claims Processing. - Solid understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle and related business processes. - Proven background as a Business Systems Analyst in the healthcare IT sector. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Onsite. - Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to send their updated resume to the contact email provided.
