• Role & Company / Project Overview Indman Recruitment is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor for a direct-hire, long-term opportunity in Saudi Arabia within the oil and gas / industrial construction sector. Candidates must currently be located in the UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise and administer the quality assurance management system across project operations. - Conduct quality audits, surveillance, and compliance verification to ensure alignment with project quality plans and Aramco standards. - Coordinate quality documentation, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective/preventive actions, and inspection records. - Liaise with client representatives, QC supervisors, and inspection teams to ensure flawless quality delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Significant QA supervisory experience in large-scale industrial/oil & gas projects. - Mandatory: Must possess direct Aramco JKT and PDM inspection experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of international codes, QA standards, and audit procedures. - Current Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Saudi Arabia - Employment Type: Direct Hire, Long-Term • Compensation & Benefits - Long-term direct hire package with competitive overseas benefits • Application Instructions - Submit updated CV and supporting documents or connect via WhatsApp for immediate shortlisting.
