Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for S.A. TALKE operations in Saudi Arabia, conducted via ZA Overseas & Manpower Supply. A face-to-face recruitment drive is scheduled in Cochin for experienced professional candidates. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and lead overall facility and equipment maintenance activities. • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance operations. • Direct technical crews to ensure plant reliability, minimize downtime, and adhere to industrial safety standards. • Coordinate with maintenance planners, engineers, and technicians across departments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven supervisory experience in industrial plant or facility maintenance. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities. • Prior experience in Gulf/overseas operations is preferred.
