• Role & Company / Project Overview: Aastha Consulting is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer under the Aramco SMP Hiring Campaign in Saudi Arabia. This is a 100% free recruitment process conducted via virtual interviews for engineering talent based in India or Saudi Arabia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop, evaluate, and optimize industrial manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and production sequences. - Design and implement efficient manufacturing workflows, tooling, fixtures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, reduce scrap, and implement continuous improvement and quality control measures. - Ensure all manufacturing operations comply strictly with international engineering codes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in manufacturing and production engineering. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related discipline. - Strong expertise in process engineering, precision machining, fabrication, and quality assurance. - Open to applicants in India or Saudi Arabia (transferable/non-transferable visa, or Saudi citizens). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Saudi Arabia. - Interview Format: Virtual / Online. - Position Type: Full-time onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Free recruitment campaign with standard Aramco SMP remuneration package. • Application Instructions: Submit your updated CV to the designated email or call the recruiter.
