Role & Company / Project Overview: MubTech (GASCO Group) is seeking an experienced and dedicated L2 Application Support Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of critical production applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle L2 application and production incidents escalated by L1 support. • Investigate application errors, API failures, and database-related issues. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely incident resolution. • Monitor application performance, logs, and system health. • Coordinate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. • Support deployments, releases, and production environments. • Participate in on-call support when required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 4+ years of experience in L2 Application Support or Production Support. • Strong hands-on experience in application troubleshooting and incident management. • Technical proficiency in Node.js / Express.js. • Linux administration and Bash scripting skills. • Hands-on database experience with PostgreSQL / SQL. • REST / SOAP API troubleshooting experience. • Experience with GitLab / Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo. • Experience working with Nginx and Redis. • Good command of English. • Native Arabic proficiency is required. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Saudi Arabia (On-site). • Work Arrangement: On-site work required with participation in an on-call rotation.
