Role & Company / Project Overview: Workforce Saudia is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer for its Electrical Maintenance Department in Saudi Arabia. This position requires candidates to be available for a local Iqama sponsor transfer. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee all plant electrical maintenance activities. • Troubleshoot equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems to ensure proper functionality. • Coordinate preventive maintenance routines to minimize production disruptions and guarantee operational continuity. • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, statutory standards, and company policies. • Guide, direct, and supervise electrical maintenance staff to uphold industry best practices. • Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams and maintain electrical control circuits. • Maintain and repair industrial machinery including air compressors, servo motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), strapping machines, and field signalling devices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. • 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance. • Practical experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Fanuc PLCs. • Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and comprehensive knowledge of electrical control circuits. • Preferred manufacturing experience in bricks, ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or refractory production. • Languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, or Urdu. • Age requirement: 25 to 35 years. • Must have a transferable Iqama eligible for local sponsorship transfer in Saudi Arabia. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Working environment: Manufacturing plant environment located in Saudi Arabia. • Travel: May require occasional travel for training or corporate meetings.
