• Role & Company / Project Overview: Blinkit is recruiting a Real Estate Scouter (RE) for Satara to spearhead location identification and leasing for expansion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Identify, survey, and inspect commercial sites for retail stores in Satara. - Conduct property evaluations and initial lease negotiations. - Facilitate documentation and handoff for store infrastructure setup. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Real estate scouting or retail property acquisition background. - Strong organizational and negotiation abilities. - Good communication skills; immediate joiners preferred. - Documents required: Updated Resume and last 3 months' salary slips. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Role Location: Satara, Maharashtra, India. - Walk-in Drive Date: Tuesday, 13 October 2026 (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM). - Venue: Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management, Kadambwadi Road, Laxmi Narayan Nagar, Tarabai Park, Kolhapur, Maharashtra – 416003. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company compensation package. • Application Instructions: Participate in the walk-in interviews at Kolhapur with all required documents.
