Role & Company / Project Overview: Regenta Forest Resort – Sasan Gir, Gujarat (Royal Orchid Hotels & Resorts) has an open position for Maintenance Supervisor / Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) in the Engineering & Maintenance department. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily repair, maintenance, and upkeep of all resort physical facilities, machinery, and utilities. • Coordinate and inspect tasks performed by technicians, electricians, and plumbers. • Execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, water, and mechanical systems. • Respond swiftly to engineering complaints and maintenance logs from housekeeping and front office. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related technical qualifications. • Prior experience as an MST or Maintenance Supervisor in hotels or resorts. • Broad multi-disciplinary technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Regenta Forest Resort, Sasan Gir, Gujarat, India. • Full-time resort maintenance schedule.
