• Role & Company / Project Overview American IT Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Data & Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine robust project management expertise with practical technical familiarity in Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and manage end-to-end enterprise-level Data & Analytics projects and program management initiatives. - Drive business requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder management across technical and executive teams. - Oversee data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and modern cloud data platform deliverables. - Manage offshore delivery teams, specifically coordinating and collaborating with teams in India. - Ensure project execution aligns with global enterprise organization standards and corporate governance processes using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of proven experience in Technical Project Management / Program Management. - Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms. - Strong understanding of Power BI and/or Tableau. - In-depth knowledge of enterprise Data & Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, and Data Integration. - Proven track record in business requirements gathering and stakeholder management. - Hands-on background managing offshore delivery teams (particularly teams located in India). - Extensive experience applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks. - Experience working with global enterprise organizations and established governance processes. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. - Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Engagement Type: Contract / C2C. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated resume to the contact email provided.
