### Role & Company / Project Overview Techie Associates LLC is hiring an experienced Product Manager with deep Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise and hands-on experience in Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review processes to drive the development of an AI-powered pharmaceutical compliance platform. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and launch plans. • Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Engineering teams. • Translate regulatory requirements into AI-powered compliance workflows. • Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, and product development. • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch. • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize product backlogs. • Optimize MLR/PRC review workflows, including Veeva PromoMats. • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in pharma compliance. • Drive product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Product Management experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms. • Strong Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences industry experience. • Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC review processes. • Experience working directly with Medical, Legal & Regulatory stakeholders. • Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats / Veeva Vault. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and backlog management. • Understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance workflows. • Preferred Skills: - Exposure to AI/ML and intelligent compliance solutions. - Veeva AI or related compliance technology exposure. - Modular Content & Claims Management. - Knowledge of EFPIA, ABPI, and EU regulatory standards. - AI-powered Enterprise SaaS product development. • Visa Eligibility: H1B, Green Card (GC), US Citizens (USC). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: San Jose, California. • Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid. • Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (C2C / W2). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates may submit their updated resumes for review.
