• Role & Company / Project Overview: Worknovas LLC is hiring an experienced Lead UX Designer – Mobile & Web for a 6+ months contract role. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in eCommerce UX, responsive web design, and native iOS app experiences. The role focuses on driving strategic design initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering seamless digital experiences that improve business outcomes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive strategic design initiatives and optimize end-to-end customer journeys. - Design and optimize Product Listing Pages (PLP), Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, and Checkout experiences. - Create comprehensive journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, task flows, and detailed UI specifications. - Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and business leaders in a fast-paced environment. - Influence stakeholders, explore innovative design solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of dedicated experience in eCommerce UX design. - Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and conversion rate optimization. - Hands-on expertise in Figma, visual design, interaction design, and advanced prototyping. - Proven experience designing responsive eCommerce websites and native iOS applications. - Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design systems. - Ability to translate complex user problems into intuitive digital solutions. - Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and articulate communication skills. - Background in home design or furniture eCommerce is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: San Francisco, California, United States (Hybrid). - Duration: 6+ Months Contract. • Application Instructions: - Qualified candidates should submit an updated resume along with a portfolio link to the hiring team.
