### Role & Company / Project Overview PropMatrix Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its operations and inviting applications for the position of Site / Technical Surveyor in Samastipur, Bihar. The company is seeking talented and enthusiastic candidates to join their growing team and build a career in Property Valuation. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct on-site technical property inspections and valuation surveys. • Assess site parameters, measurements, and physical property characteristics. • Coordinate with internal valuation teams to deliver accurate technical survey reports. • Undertake site visits and travel across designated areas as per operational requirements. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Graduate degree. • Experience: Freshers as well as experienced candidates in the Property Valuation field are welcome. • Skills: Strong communication skills and willingness to travel. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Type: Full-time on-site role. • Location: Samastipur, Bihar, India. • Travel: Involves extensive local and regional site travel. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: As per industry standards. • Medical Insurance: Coverage of ₹5,00,000 for self. • Personal Accident Life Insurance: Coverage of ₹25,00,000. • Festival-Linked Bonus (at the end of Q2 of the Financial Year). • Performance-Linked Bonus (during appraisal cycle). • Travel, Fooding & Stay Expenses reimbursed extra as per company policy. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated resumes via WhatsApp.
