• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring an IPDRG Coder for our Healthcare RCM facility in Salem to code inpatient hospital charts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Review comprehensive inpatient hospital records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes. - Determine the principal diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, MCC/CC conditions, and correct MS-DRG/APR-DRG assignment. - Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards in compliance with coding regulations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) coding. - Strong expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG grouping methodologies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive pay, supportive team environment, and career progression. • Application Instructions: Send your CV via WhatsApp to Jai HR.
