Role & Company / Project Overview Vilin Bio Med Limited is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Business Development Manager – CMO & CDMO (Domestic & RoW Markets) to join our team in Roorkee. Vilin Bio Med is a leading one-stop hub for comprehensive pharmaceutical solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business development, expanding corporate outreach, and accelerating growth in pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and development. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and execute business development strategies for CMO and CDMO services covering domestic and RoW markets. • Identify, target, and onboard new pharmaceutical corporate clients. • Cultivate long-term collaborative associations with premier pharmaceutical firms. • Contribute to organizational expansion and drive revenue targets in contract manufacturing and formulation development. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical business development, contract manufacturing (CMO), or contract development and manufacturing (CDMO). • Familiarity with market dynamics across both domestic and RoW territories. • High commercial drive, professional presentation, and relationship-building abilities. • Goal-driven approach with a focus on delivering sustainable business results.
