Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Dabster is hiring an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer – NGFW. The role requires strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), network security, and enterprise firewall deployment, supporting enterprise customers remotely. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle Palo Alto Networks NGFW deployment, configuration, administration, and advanced troubleshooting. - Manage PAN-OS and Panorama / Strata Cloud Manager environments. - Implement and troubleshoot IPsec VPN, GlobalProtect, and routing protocols including BGP and OSPF. - Execute Advanced Threat Prevention, App-ID, SSL/TLS Decryption, and Security Policy Optimization. - Provide top-tier technical customer success support with clear communication and guidance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in Network Security / Firewall Engineering. - Strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW, PAN-OS, Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager. - In-depth knowledge of IPsec VPN, GlobalProtect, BGP, OSPF, Advanced Threat Prevention, App-ID, SSL/TLS Decryption, and Security Policy Optimization. - Strong customer-facing and technical communication skills. - Language Requirements: Fluent in German + English OR Fluent in French + English. - Eligibility: Valid work permit required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Remote. - Location: Romania (preferred). • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package as per industry standards. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their CV via email.
