We are recruiting Production Associates for a manufacturing/industrial setup in Rohtak. Candidates will assist in daily production activities, maintain quality and efficiency standards, operate machinery, follow safety guidelines, and meet daily production targets. Working hours: 8–12 hours per shift, 3 rotational shifts (day/evening/night). Weekly off: Sunday. Attendance incentive up to ₹2,000 per month. Salary ranges from ₹15,221 to ₹24,221 per month depending on hours worked (first month ₹15,221 for 8 hours; after one month ₹16,781 for 8 hours or ₹24,221 for 12 hours). Benefits include free transport, shared accommodation at ₹1,500–2,000 per month, and food deduction of ₹27 per day.
