• Role & Company / Project Overview Tamam is looking for a Sales Advisor to be part of a recognized fintech innovator driving the next wave of growth. Success in this role means effectively identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending the most suitable financing products to help them make informed decisions. A successful Sales Advisor achieves daily and monthly sales targets, maintains high conversion rates, and builds strong customer relationships, contributing to expanding access to consumer finance and driving the company's sales growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Identify potential customers and understand their specific financial needs. - Recommend the most suitable financing products to help customers make informed decisions. - Guide customers throughout the complete application process. - Ensure accurate documentation and strict compliance with company policies. - Maintain clear, transparent communication to provide a smooth and positive customer experience. - Achieve established daily and monthly sales targets. - Maintain high conversion rates while establishing and building strong long-term customer relationships. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - University Degree, Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a financial or sales-focused industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build positive relationships. - Ability to understand customer needs, explain financial products clearly, and support customers throughout the decision-making process. - Solid understanding of basic sales techniques, customer qualification, and closing processes. - Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite / Standard business hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Opportunity to be part of an innovative fintech team that values its work and offers avenues for success. • Application Instructions - To apply, send your CV via email and mention the position you are applying for in the subject line.
