Role & Company / Project Overview: ADEX Facility Management is seeking a BMS Technician to operate and maintain Building Management Systems across client facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor and calibrate BMS control panels, sensors, actuators, and automation sequences. • Track building energy performance, analyze alarm alerts, and troubleshoot system anomalies. • Interface with mechanical and electrical teams to maintain optimal building operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical background and experience handling Building Management Systems (BMS). • Nationality Preference: Any nationality. • Language Requirement: English is mandatory. • Immediate joiner able to join within 3 to 4 days. • Valid Iqama required.
