• Role & Company / Project Overview: Modern Innovation Investment Company (MIIC) is hiring enthusiastic, professional, and guest-oriented Saudi nationals to join the restaurant team as Host / Hostess in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an excellent first impression while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. - Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest seating arrangements. - Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required. - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant. - Coordinate with restaurant service teams to ensure smooth guest flow. - Manage waiting times and communicate updates to guests professionally. - Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary. - Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the reception area is clean and organized. - Contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Nationality: Saudi national (Saudi Nationals Only). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command of Arabic and English. - Pleasant personality, professional presentation, and a positive attitude. - Strong customer service and guest-handling skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Welcoming and confident personality with a genuine passion for hospitality. - Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional approach to handling guests and requests. - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Restaurant environment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV via email.
