Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Emadat Aleamar is hiring an Estimator with solid experience in cost estimation to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previous experience in joinery, architectural woodwork, or interior fit-out is preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). • Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates. • Obtain supplier quotations and prepare competitive proposals. • Coordinate with the sales and production teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Solid experience in cost estimation, with preferred background in joinery, architectural woodwork, or interior fit-out. • Good knowledge of materials. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
