A prestigious private household in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Sous Chef with strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Mediterranean dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring top-tier hygiene and presentation standards, and collaborating within an international team environment. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Riyadh. Required qualifications include proven experience as a Sous Chef, extensive culinary experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or prestigious private households, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, a professional attitude, and a good command of English. Compensation includes a net salary of USD 3,500 to 4,000 per month based on experience, along with accommodation, meals, medical insurance, transportation, visa and work-permit support, and additional contractual benefits for a stable, long-term position.
