Role & Company / Project Overview ILOGICSOFT is recruiting an experienced Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst for a local hybrid opportunity in Richmond, VA (RFQ: 510142). The candidate will develop and maintain enterprise Oracle EBS applications supporting key Finance and HR modules. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and support Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications across Finance and HR modules. • Translate business requirements into database and application solutions. • Analyze, design, code, test, debug, and implement application changes. • Support production operations, unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and conduct knowledge transfer. • Adhere strictly to coding standards and participate actively in code reviews. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8 years of technical experience with Oracle EBS 12.2+ in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. • 8 years developing EBS solutions for Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing, plus iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor. • 8 years with Oracle Forms/Reports, JDeveloper/Java, Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL. • 8 years in systems analysis/design, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, demonstrating 8 years of independent work and team collaboration. • Preferred: 8 years with Azure DevOps, Cardinal HR/financial systems, and Power BI paginated reports, desktop reports, and dashboards. • Eligibility: Only candidates currently in the Richmond, VA area will be considered; onsite presence is required. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid - local presence required). • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Estimated Duration: 13 months temporary contract.
