Role & Company / Project Overview: Nityo is hiring an AWS Redshift Data Engineer for a full-time role located in Richardson, Texas. This specialist position focuses on cloud data warehousing, ETL/ELT data pipelines, and database optimization using Amazon Redshift. Note that this is strictly a direct full-time engagement (No C2C, No Contract). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build, configure, and maintain data warehouse solutions on Amazon Redshift. • Design, develop, and automate high-throughput ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data into Redshift clusters. • Perform extensive query optimization, indexing, workload management (WLM), and database tuning. • Implement robust data integration, schema definitions, and transformation logic. • Collaborate with analytics and architecture teams to ensure high availability and scalability of data pipelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong, dedicated hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and cloud data warehousing. • Proficiency in SQL scripting, complex data queries, and query performance tuning. • Experience with AWS core data services and cloud architectural best practices. • Strong background in Python programming and pipeline automation. • Demonstrated track record in ETL/ELT pipeline design, data modeling, and data transformation.
