### Role & Company / Project Overview Jobshob Nest is actively seeking qualified professionals for the role of Alumni Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and drive alumni community engagement and development initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Coordinate, engage, and maintain ongoing networks and relationships with program alumni. • Plan and implement alumni programs, tracking outcomes and organizing outreach events. • Facilitate mentorship, peer networks, and career support linkages for alumni. • Undertake scheduled field visits and on-ground network travel as required by the program. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field. • Excellent communication, program coordination, and relationship-building capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Location: Rewari, Haryana, India. • Travel Requirements: 30% to 35% travel. • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum (4–7 LPA). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their CV directly via DM or mobile communication.
