Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Sales Order and Inventory integrations, and end-to-end ERP/SCM integration processes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Sales Order, Shipment Request & Pick/Pack/Ship Confirmation • Inventory Synchronization • Shipment & Receipt Confirmation • Transfer Order Integration • Exception Handling & Retry Mechanisms • Collaborate with technical teams to gather integration requirements and deliver effective solutions • Manage Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) flows including Order Capture, Orchestration & Fulfillment • Oversee Scheduling, Shipping & Invoicing • Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) & Return Order Flows, Return Types, Receiving, Inspection & Disposition, and Credit/Refund Processing • Apply comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge across Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Back-to-Back Orders, Drop Ship, and Order Orchestration & Fulfillment Lines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Sales Order & Inventory Integration • REST & SOAP APIs • WMS Integrations • ERP/SCM Integrations • EDI/B2B Concepts • JSON/XML Payloads & Field Mapping • Integration Error Handling & Troubleshooting Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: RTP (Research Triangle Park), North Carolina, United States • Work Arrangement: Hybrid Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their profile for review.
