Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of an AI-powered SaaS platform tailored for enterprise clients. This is a full-time, remote position focusing on end-to-end product design across complex workflows. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end product design, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. • Design complex SaaS dashboards, workflows, and AI-powered interfaces. • Build and maintain scalable design systems using Figma. • Collaborate closely with engineers and contribute to UI implementation using React and Tailwind CSS. • Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and Arabic RTL/LTR support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in B2B, enterprise, or developer-focused software. • Expert-level Figma skills and proven experience maintaining comprehensive design systems. • Working knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. • Strong portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products and end-to-end design ownership. • Deep understanding of accessibility, interaction design, and user-centered research methodologies. • Experience with AI-powered products, agent workflows, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred. • Arabic/RTL design experience and GCC enterprise exposure are a plus.
