Role & Company Overview: MH Estimation and Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Sales Representatives for an established USA-based construction estimation campaign. Both experienced professionals and motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Contact potential US construction clients via outbound communications. • Introduce specialized construction estimating services to US contractors and construction companies. • Communicate effectively with contractors to understand specific project and client requirements. • Provide relevant solutions and value propositions tailored to construction needs. • Follow up diligently with prospective leads and close sales. • Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with US clients. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experienced Candidates: Prior background working on USA construction campaigns, with hands-on expertise in lead generation, client communication, and a proven sales closing track record. • Fresh Candidates: Freshers with strong English communication skills, high confidence, target orientation, and a fast-learning mindset are highly encouraged to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: On-site office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. • Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM. • Break: 1-hour break included.
