• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT IMS is hiring for the position of IT Implementor (MY IMPLEMENTOR). This role focuses on the implementation of ERP systems and Point of Sales (POS) across branch operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement and configure ERP and Point of Sales (POS) systems - Handle retail business processes involving sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance - Provide implementation support, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance - Conduct official business travel to all branch locations as required - Communicate, deliver presentations, and resolve technical issues effectively • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum S1 degree in Informatics Engineering (Teknik Informatika), Information Systems (Sistem Informasi), or Computer Science (Ilmu Komputer) - Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Implementor, ERP Implementor, or IT Support - Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred and considered a plus - Deep understanding of ERP concepts, POS system implementations, and retail business workflows (sales, purchasing, inventory, finance) - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to travel for business assignments to all branches • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Rantau Prapat, North Sumatra, Indonesia - Required travel to company branches • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Submit latest CV with subject format: NAMA_MYIMPLEMENTOR
