Role & Company / Project Overview: • Company: Premsons Bajaj (3-Wheeler Dealership) • Position: Cargo TL (Team Leader) - Sales • Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, guide, and manage the cargo vehicle sales team. • Manage day-to-day sales operations and drive sales performance. • Ensure team targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Formulate strategies and support overall business growth for the dealership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in automotive sales leadership, team management, or cargo vehicle sales. • Strong team handling, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Ability to drive sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
