### Role & Company / Project Overview VIIS Global is looking for an experienced Senior Automation Testing Lead to support a critical healthcare technology initiative. The ideal candidate is a senior testing professional possessing strong healthcare domain expertise, extensive EDI transaction testing experience, and robust hands-on automation capabilities. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop automation testing frameworks and comprehensive test suites. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and web application testing. - Execute Healthcare Claims Processing Testing and validate HIPAA X12 EDI transactions (837I, 837P, and NCPDP D.0). - Design detailed test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents. - Formulate and execute SQL queries for database testing and backend verification. - Manage tests and defect tracking using tools such as HP ALM and JIRA. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct in-depth test result analysis. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong experience in automation testing and test suite development. - Hands-on experience with HIPAA X12 EDI transactions, specifically 837I, 837P, and NCPDP D.0. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare claims processing and healthcare domain concepts. - Demonstrated proficiency in functional, integration, regression, and web application testing. - Strong expertise in SQL queries and database testing. - Practical experience with test and defect management tools: HP ALM, JIRA. - Solid understanding of Agile methodology. - Excellent communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume via direct message or email as specified in the contact details.
