• Role & Company / Project Overview Little Rituals – Making Babies Smile is hiring a Full-Time E-Commerce Executive to handle marketplace and quick-commerce operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, and Quick Commerce platforms (such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket) - Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory management - Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners - Manage purchase orders (POs), returns, and claims - Handle payment reconciliation and marketplace reports - Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in e-commerce marketplace operations preferred - Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting skills - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple marketplaces efficiently • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full-Time - Location: Near Indira Circle, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005 • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month - Supportive team, learning opportunities, and professional growth in a meaningful brand • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated hiring contact via email or phone.
