The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Marketing with over 15 years of experience, preferably in the forging or heavy manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing brand management, leading market research, managing promotional campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The role requires fluent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
