### Role & Company / Project Overview Club Mahindra is seeking a Trainer – Pre-Opening Properties to join the Rajasthan Cluster team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs to prepare resort teams for pre-opening operations, ensuring impeccable service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational readiness across pre-opening properties. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct structured induction and pre-opening training programs for newly hired teams. • Train staff across hospitality standards, brand service skills, guest delight, and resort operational procedures. • Develop comprehensive training modules, manuals, presentations, and practical on-the-job aids. • Monitor learning effectiveness, track performance metrics, and provide structured developmental feedback. • Support resort leadership in building a strong, agile, and competent talent pipeline ready for launch. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven background as a Corporate/Hospitality Trainer with experience in hospitality, resorts, or hotel operations. • Expertise in module creation, service training, and pre-opening operational readiness. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire, coach, and elevate service standards among diverse operational teams. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Club Mahindra (Rajasthan Cluster), India. • Onsite role covering pre-opening properties. ### Application Instructions • Eligible candidates should forward their updated CV.
